Directions: Soil Container Gardens:
- Seedlings, transplants, and cuttings- use 1/4 ounce (7 ml) of Power Plant 3-1-4 per gallon (4 l) of water.
- Mid-size vegetative houseplants, herbs, and flowers- use 1/2 ounce (15 ml) of Power Plant 3-1-4 per gallon (4 l) of water.
- Mature vegetative plants- use 1 ounce (30 ml) of Power Plant 3-1-4 per gallon (4 l) of water.
Hydrogardens (Aeroponics, NFT, Soilless Mix):
- Seedlings and rooted cuttings- use 1/4 ounce (7 ml) of Power Plant 3-1-4 per gallon (4 l) of water.
- Mid-size vegetative plants- use 1/2 ounce (15 ml) of Power Plant 3-1-4 per gallon (4 l) of water.
- Mature vegetative plants- use 1 ounce (30 ml) of Power Plant 3-1-4 per gallon (4 l) of water.
- Fruiting and flowering- switch nutrients to Botanicare’s Power Flower 2-2-5
For best results:
- Use with every watering.
- When replenishing nutrient reservoir, add Power Plant 3-1-4 at 1/4 strength.
- Change reservoir solution every 2 weeks.
- If using reverse osmosis or growing in coco, use 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Cal-Mag Plus per gallon (4 l) of water.
- Maintain pH between 5.5-6.5
- Periodically flush excess salts with Botanicare™ Clearex™
